Confirming further again the title of one of the top sports tourism events in Greece. Explore Messinia participated in and supported the event in the part of the swimming race. The race took place in the <a href=\"https:\/\/exploremessinia.com\/outdoor-activities\/sea\/sea-kayak-navarino-bay\/\">bay of Navarino<\/a> in front of the picturesque Pylos. There, hundreds of swimmers had the opportunity to swim without competition by covering a distance of 1 mile. &#8220;Navarino Challenge&#8221; promotes the value of &#8220;mind and body healthy&#8221; and moreover the spirit of fair play, without any distinction. In addition, it raises awareness about the benefits of exercise and the Mediterranean diet and sensitize people to support the fight against childhood obesity. Through its core message #sportsunitespeople, Navarino Challenge brings together people of all ages and different backgrounds.
