What kind of fitness level do I need to take part?

Explore Messinia organizes great tours at Messinia Region. Me and my wife participated in a fantastic 2 day-tour at Nabarino Bay and a day tour at Kardamyli and we had really great moments to remember! Messinia Region is really beatiful and Explore Messinia Team is a very friendly and welcoming team! We are definetely coming back for more adventures! See you soon guys!

Wow! We had a phenomenal time and this was a highlight of our holiday. We are family of 5 with children of 12, 10 and 6 years old and everyone had a great time and felt confident. Our youngest started the expedition really nervous but then she transferred into the instructors boat and straight away was happily paddling and chatting away to George. The blue cave was magical and the lunch was absolutely delicious. The kids even spotted an octopus as we were launching. The distances we kayaked were just right for us as novice kayakers and it was tailored to us as the other group going out took a slightly more challenging route. It was fantastic to receive an email with all our photos from the day and we were blown away by the friendliness of the guide and the knowledgeable tour. We had such an incredible time and we would highly recommend it.

Fabulous guides, boats and seascape.

Υπέροχο τριήμερο για μια παρέα 4 αγοριών, μαζί με τον Φώτη & τον Τρύφωνα ! Ποδηλατάδα, sea kayak, πεζοπορία (και με ολίγη από αναρρίχηση), κολύμπι και τοξοβολία σε λίμνη, θάλασσα & καταρράκτες !! Τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς για μια υπέροχη εκδρομή με 4 εφηβάκια και τις τρελές μαμάδες τους ? Ασφάλεια, συνεργασία, επαγγελματισμός, αγάπη & φιλική διάθεση απέναντι σε μικρούς & μεγάλους !! Απόδειξη η ερώτηση και των 4 παιδιών μας, χθες λίγο πριν αποκοιμηθούν (εξουθενωμένα, αλλά τρισευτυχισμένα) "πότε κανονίζουμε ξανά, είπαμε" ? Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, παιδιά.. ! Τα καλύτερα τώρα αρχίζουν.. !!

Well-designed and perfectly executed descent of the Neda waterfalls for beginners. A must do for people who love mountains, rivers and outdoor fun. Thrilling and enjoyable. Looking forward to a repeat!
