What should I wear?

Nous avons fait une expérience de trekking dans la rivière neda avec explore messinia. Le guide était très sympathique et compréhensif, le parcours magnifique et vraiment à voir, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec l'activité, grâce au personnel très à l'écoute. Le guide s'est bien adapté à nos envies, nous avons pu bien discuter en anglais, aucun mal à se comprendre. Le parcours de 3h est assez physique mais va en s'améliorant: un début au bord d'une jolie rivière, qui se resserre pour former de magnifiques gorges où l'on nage sans difficulté dans un paysage à couper le souffle. Le parcours se termine dans une grotte où l'on peut observer des chauves souris de très près sur les parois ( elles ne sont pas du tout effrayantes), cette partie n'est pas obligatoire mais proposée selon vos envies. Ensuite nous sommes remontés vers les belles chutes de neda où nous avons pu nous baigner. Le guide toujours à l'écoute à permis à certains membres du groupe un peu aventuriers de faire des sauts dans l'eau, nous nous sommes bien amusés. Le pic nique est tipique, avec des produits locaux, très convivial. Globalement nous ne gardons que de bons souvenirs de cette expérience.

These guys are definitely the best way to spend a beutiful day at sea with lots of fun and new experiences. Super friendly and absolutely professional, they made my first sea kayak experience unique and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Very recomended kayak trip. Alex was our guide and he was great. We had much fun with the kids there. Team is proffetional and very nice picnic is provided.

These dudes are unique. I used to kayak before as a rookie but they taught me a lot in a few days. I recommend them like 110% :) They are very friendly and professional the same time. These few day are recorded like a fossil stone in my head. Thank you all: Fotis, George and Trifonas.

Explore Messinia organizes great tours at Messinia Region. Me and my wife participated in a fantastic 2 day-tour at Nabarino Bay and a day tour at Kardamyli and we had really great moments to remember! Messinia Region is really beatiful and Explore Messinia Team is a very friendly and welcoming team! We are definetely coming back for more adventures! See you soon guys!

Wow! We had a phenomenal time and this was a highlight of our holiday. We are family of 5 with children of 12, 10 and 6 years old and everyone had a great time and felt confident. Our youngest started the expedition really nervous but then she transferred into the instructors boat and straight away was happily paddling and chatting away to George. The blue cave was magical and the lunch was absolutely delicious. The kids even spotted an octopus as we were launching. The distances we kayaked were just right for us as novice kayakers and it was tailored to us as the other group going out took a slightly more challenging route. It was fantastic to receive an email with all our photos from the day and we were blown away by the friendliness of the guide and the knowledgeable tour. We had such an incredible time and we would highly recommend it.
