“Tucked away in a cool gorge in Greece's Peloponnese region, the Polylimnio waterfalls offer a magical escape. The stunning series of turquoise pools is an unforgettable reward, but the trail to get there is more adventurous than you might expect. While the physical effort and rocky ground demand proper footwear and a sense of adventure, having an expert guide (George is the BEST!) and a delicious, traditional lunch waiting for us made the journey an absolute pleasure. We came for the waterfalls, but left with incredible memories, fantastic photos, and full stomachs. Highly recommended!”

“What a fabulous way to start our holiday - exploring Ancient Greek civilisation - ruins, restored ruins, countryside and culture. Our guide Fotis was inspiring - told us all about the wars and battles and helped us understand the culture too. The countryside was positively charming and varied. “We had an amazing kayaking trip that included refreshments along the way, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It truly added something special to our vacation in Greece and became one of the highlights of our stay. The scenery was beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and everything was well organized. Our kids, aged 14 and 17, absolutely loved it as well—they were just as excited as we were. “We did multiple trips with Explore Messinia, three sea kayak trips and one e bike trip. We have done a lot of traveling and a lot of guided adventure tours. Explore Messinia really stands out as an excellent company with great trips, great leadership, historic knowledge, and great equipment. We had booked four days of kayaking but weather wasn't cooperative with our initial plans. We were so happy that the company was flexible, dates and plans were changed, yet every day was fantastic. We were particularly lucky to spend three days with Giorgios who was not only a wonderful guide, but became our friend. I highly recommend you use this company for any one of their excursions.”

“This was an extraordinary experience. George and Panos made sure everyone was comfortable in their kayaks and explained all maneuvers we needed. The scenery was spectacular and paddling into a cave was incredible. They helped us tie up and go into a blue cave by foot and one had the option of immersing in water at the back. I am not the most agile and they were helpful and reassuring. We stopped on a beach on the return trip for a delicious picnic. One of the highlights of our 21/2 week Greek trip.”

“What an unforgettable experience! For my birthday we decided to go sea kayaking in the beautiful Navarino Bay, and it was really super nice to do this. The view over the crystal clear water, the tranquility of the surroundings and the feeling of freedom on the water it all added up. What made it extra special was that we had a private guide. He was incredibly friendly, and knew a lot to tell us about the area. As a result, it felt not only like a sporting activity, but also like a cultural exploration. After kayaking we enjoyed a delicious lunch that the guide had brought with him. A perfect break after paddling. Thanks Panos!”
